Encouragement—Sharing Testimonies of God’s Unfailing Love

Praise God— A few friends and I  minister to women in the prison system. We received GREAT NEWS recently. My friend shared at her church about the Gideon Ministry program called “Birthday for Jesus”. They honor Christ by donating Bibles. Read on—

“ Later, after the service ended, two ladies came to me. One said "I have been looking for you, do you remember me?" She said her name and she had been in jail in our Bible study. She hugged me several times and said what we do is why she is free today. She has been clean three years!!  She wanted us to know what it meant to her and how it has changed her life. God's Word will not return void. I wanted to share this with both of you. You were a part of that. Sometimes we get a little nugget of encouragement like this and know our efforts were not in vain. She asked if I remembered her....and she had been looking for me. It made my day and I hope it does yours also.”  Shared with permission//November 2020
