The Mission of Before the Bench Women’s Ministry is to encourage and equip women with biblical truths to grow in Christ and share our faith through Bible studies, free resources, devotionals, discipleship trainings, outreach and more!

What is Biblical Discipleship?? It is simply sharing our faith, our lives and sharing the Word with others to guide them to Jesus, our Salvation. And then encouraging them on to disciple others. A faith cycle. Disciples making disciples.

Sandi Pierce spends her days mentoring and encouraging women to press on. As a Bible teacher and ministry founder, she leads women in all phases and stages of life, into deep, essential, biblical truths, so they can step up and step out in faith equipped to share the saving Grace of Christ.
